IT Site Jobs is an exclusive IT human resources consulting firm and training/streaming platform that connects candidates and companies in the technology sector, offering selection processes, training schedules, certifications, and coaching.

• Candidates/Individual users: people who create profiles, train, and/or seek employment in IT.
• Companies/Professional users: organizations and their representatives who use the platform to find IT talent.

3) Applicable legal framework

We process data in accordance with the legislation in force in each country, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and, where applicable, local regulations such as Law 25,326 (Argentina) and other applicable Latin American regulations. When we carry out international transfers, we apply appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

4.1. Candidates

• Identification and contact: first name, last name, email, phone number, country/city.
• Professional profile: Resume, experience, education, certifications, skills, photo (optional), professional links.
• Platform activity: Scheduled and completed training/coaching sessions, results/status, date/time of attendance, interactions, messages with companies.
• Preferences: Areas of interest, availability, work arrangement, target salary (optional).
• Technical data: IP, device/browser, logs, cookies (see Cookie Policy).

4.2. Companies (and their representatives)

• Corporate identity: company name, country, sector, tax information (if applicable), business contact.
• Business users: Name, position, corporate email/phone number.
• Use of the service: searches, filters applied, vacancies, messages to candidates, interview/session schedule.
• Technical data: IP, device/browser, logs, cookies.

Sources: data provided by the user, generated by use of the platform (e.g., academic progress), or received from third parties with consent (e.g., social login/LinkedIn, verification of certifications).

5) Purposes and legal bases

5.1. Provision of the service (contract performance/legitimate interest)

• Create and manage your account (candidate/company).
• Matching candidates and companies (search by filters/AI with human intervention).
• Training/streaming schedule: registration, reminders, attendance, certifications.
• Coaching: sessions, recommendations on resumes, interviews, and careers.
• Professional visibility: automatically add training/certifications to your profile to improve your ranking in internal searches and make it easier for companies to contact you.
• Support, technical/safety notices, platform maintenance.

5.2. Commercial communication (consent/legitimate interest B2B)

• Sending news, surveys, newsletters, webinars, and promotions related to IT jobs, training, and IT services from Site Jobs.
• You can opt out at any time (see point 10).

5.3. Service improvement and analytics (legitimate interest/cookie consent)

• Usage metrics, quality, usability, and improvement of search/segmentation algorithms.
• Content personalization (when cookie consent is given).

6) Who do we share data with?

• Companies (Professional users): when a candidate applies or, depending on their privacy and visibility settings, when their profile matches company searches. The company then becomes independently responsible for that processing.
• Suppliers (managers): Hosting/cloud services, communications, analytics, CRM, identity verification/certifications, support. They operate under custom contracts and security measures.
• Academic partners and technology brands: Only if the candidate registers for training, examination, or certification, and with the corresponding legal basis.
• Public authorities: when there is a legal obligation.

International transfers: If a supplier or company is located outside your country or the EEA, we apply appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses, risk assessments, and additional measures).

7) Retention periods

• Active account: We retain data for as long as you use the service.
• Inactive or closed account: We block/delete data in accordance with legal deadlines and statutes of limitations.
• Commercial communications: until you revoke your consent or object.
• Technical/security logs: for as long as necessary for security and compliance purposes.

8) User rights

You may exercise, as applicable, your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability, and not to be subject to exclusively automated decisions.
