IT Site Jobs was founded in 2017 based on the experience of Alberto Carbajal, an IT market professional since 1996.
After nearly three decades in the sector, he identified the need to organize IT talent and professionalize hiring processes in the region, moving away from models based on volume and urgency.
This approach allowed us to consolidate long-term relationships with companies of different sizes and industries, and expand our operations in Latin America and Spain.
